Body Issues

Okay today's topic is about body issues. I believe you should be happy of the shape you have now. Look at your self right now and say i am beautiful. Even if you have extra fat or chubbiness on your body you are still beautiful. Stop looking at magazines with those celebrites having six packs or people that don't have curves and say you want to look like that. First of all you dont even know how they got to that, you are not like them, everyone is different. Be your self. Starting from today look at your self at the mirror and say i like what i see. Always believe in your self. Do not do all those fad diets or over exercising because they are not just worth it. I mean, i'm not saying stop exercising but just don't over do it. Stop saying i want to be like Beyonce with her curves because you don't even know if she exercise or she has a personal trainer, you don't even know!! People are even dying because they are anoxeric or they are starving theirselves. When i was 12 i always wanted to be like people in the magazine with no butt and just skinny bones. I tried straving myself, but that didnt work because i kept eating Junk. I kept exercsing like dancing, going on the bike,going on the tread mill,and running a mile that worked because i lost alot of weight but i mean i was little i didnt know any better but now that i am grown, i learned to expect myself for who i am. If i dont like it i will change, but now i am comfortable with my body and i am happy, my self esteem has also improved. Always remember everyone aren't the same.
